Building on 25 years of Invicta Group heritage, the first MENA regional office opened in Dubai as Invicta Durasteel, a dedicated division of the UK parent. One person, one mission: introduce Durasteel fire and blast protection to the region.

Early wins in airports, metros, and industrial projects established the foothold. The Dubai Metro project — with Durasteel systems installed across all stations — became the region's landmark reference and the launchpad for wider MENA expansion, including a project in Egypt — each one adding weight to a reputation that was still being built, but building fast.

Regional independence came in 2014, along with new offices in Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia. Sports stadia in KSA and Qatar followed, and with them, a Qatar office. The business was growing, and in new directions.

The Sadara Chemical Complex in Saudi Arabia, the largest of its kind built in a single phase, put Invicta firmly on the map in oil, gas, and petrochemicals. The Doha Metro added fire protection across all three new lines. These weren't just projects. They were proof points.

Kolkata first, then Kuala Lumpur. Metro projects in India and the wider region followed. What had started as a Gulf operation was now genuinely continental — three continents, three offices, one growing team.

Brunei, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea. The work was largely in the oil and gas industry — demanding environments where getting it wrong wasn't an option. Each project deepened the credentials. Each country added a new chapter.

A partnership with Dura Composites opened the door to GRP and new sectors. The organisation began evolving beyond its Durasteel roots — deliberately, carefully, and with a clear sense of where it was heading.

The AMEA operation became Invicta ANARA, a regional entity built for the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia. Three divisions. One integrated platform. The name itself tells the story: rooted in the Arabic for illumination, the Sanskrit for abundance, and the initials of its founder. A new identity, built on decades of earned ground.

A dedicated new business unit is established under the ANARA Group umbrella: ANARA Force Protection Systems (ANARA FPS) — built to defend critical infrastructure against deliberate, military-grade threats.
